It kind of makes sense, if burying the poop is a sign that they fear another, larger animal, then leaving it uncovered would be a pretty aggressive act. “No one here is bad enough to fuck with me. USA Weekend – The Truth About Cats
I’m not a big USA Weekend fan, but this article proved to be pretty interesting and informative. I always thought that Americans were more likely to own dogs rather than cats, but according to studies it’s the other way around. If that is so, why is it that the majority of people I meet say they’re dog-people? I’ve met my share of “characters” who firmly believe felines are backstabbers capable of betrayal and some serious soul-sucking. These are the same weirdos who fantasize about Lassie.
